BATTERY CORK, CORK SEALING AND LASER STATION KMEJ
The purpose of the battery cork, cork sealing, and laser equipment is general semi-automatic assembly of the battery, cork and cork sealing, also recording capacity and pressure leakage between components, laser marking and traceability by means of an ATEQ leak tester.
MANUAL STATION OF NEW KMEJ LOGOS
The purpose of the Station of new kmej logos manual machine is to perform the correct assembly of the logo, rear cover and logo cover components, as well as their correct orientation. This machine is able to assemble these components without damaging the joint. It is also capable of measuring the pressing system.
UPPER CASE ASSEMBLY STATION KMEJ
The purpose of the upper case machine is to assemble the upper case with the side covers and install the decorative frame. This machine is capable of assembling these components without damaging the joint. It is also capable of measuring the pressing system and inspecting the key buttons.
LOGO AND REAR COVER KMEJ
The objective of the logo and rear cover kit is to assemble the rear cover with the key body and insert the logo into the rear space with different selection and positioning devices, verify the correct position of the logo, press the subassembly and generate press data.
LOWER CASE-PCBA
ASSEMBLY STATION KMEJ
The purpose of the lower case kit is to assemble the PCBA into the lower case, as well as to assemble the release button and spring into the lower case. This machine is designed in such a way that the PCB and components have a tight assembly to avoid any damage to the lower case during assembly.
SCREWING STATION KMEJ
The purpose of the screwing equipment is automatic pressing to clamp the upper and lower assembly. After this step, the assembly of 2 screws automatically with Deprag Equipment, feed screw bucket feeder, motion assembly with sliding control, Traceability system (ITAC).
ROBOT 6 AXIS SUPPLY AND INTEGRATION WITH SAFETY CAGE KMEJ
The objective of the robot 6 axis supply and integration with safety cage is to transport the part coming out of the logo station. The robot will start an automatic sequence with the EOLs and assign the part produced in the logo station, transporting the parts to the corresponding test stations and in the same way place it in the corresponding container if it is a good or bad part. This cell is able to integrate the robot with the EOL or work manually with an operator mode.
PACKING STATION KMEJ
The purpose of the Packing Station equipment is the correct packaging of the keys and the printing of the label with the corresponding serial number of each key.
